This is a fullcopy of ../openlayers.
Why? Because we distribute 2 versions of openlayers.js One small (guest) and one big one (admin) with vector layer support.
But if one renames the OpenLayer.js to OpenLayerAdmin.js some ImagesPaths are not assembled correctly anymore. So we clone the full openlayers distribution to prevent changing the filename.
